Shower on a plane? Sure!
Well OF COURSE I had to try it. Wow. Upon boarding, you are offered the opportunity to book a 30 minute time slot in the Shower/Spa. There are two on board for the 16 FC passengers. Emirates has a dedicated attendant to clean and prepare the showers after each use. It's amazing.
Flight attendant delivers you to the
shower room, explains all the features. You have 5 minutes of water
available, but you can stop and start the flow if needed. Five minutes
is plenty. Water pressure is pretty good and the shower cubicle is
reasonably roomy. A fresh towel is of course set out for you and a host
of lotions, soaps and fragrances. It's certainly a bit cool upon
emerging wet from the shower, but luckily you can adjust the temperature
of the floor to compensate. Of course.
I am not a fan of the makeup mirror over the sink. I don't need to see a close up of chins and baggy eyes each time I wash my hands. Perhaps they could install some sort of softening filter ... ? I'll ask next flight.

Good grief - shower and then adjust the temperature of the floor if need be. I’d be sure to mess it up! Sounds a bit too ooh laa for me to even try. Glad you did and let us know what it was like. I can imagine the mirror near the basin. I would have covered it with a towel. What an adventure 🤪
